I guess most of you are wondering, "What's going on with Riot Grrrl Online/hot-topic.org?" I think it's x10hosting's fault. (the hosting server) I think it still is, but I have emailed Nam about the problem anyway. The website is up, but within seconds it says 'cannot display webpage'. It has been doing this for a couple of weeks now. With that said, The website is down...obviously. What else could it be? I am hoping that the website goes back to normal soon. It's getting quite annoying. (not only for me but for all of you I'm sure!)

Note: The website is NOT dead, hasn't been deleted, or took down. It is simply experiencing some problems (issues).

QUESTION: Is anyone else having trouble with this forum? Anybody have any suggestions? Everytime I post it acts like my post doesn't exist, but then I go there and it exists. What's up with that?

I'm no web techie, but free hosting is often unreliable, it is very prone to server crashes and lockups. Tech support is also difficult to come by/virtually nonexistant. Paid hosting on the other hand can go a long way.

However, I rarely come across any tech issues on here. The layout is easily customizable, it features message board staples such as PM, emoticons and page breaks, and it looks cleaner. Its also easier to keep tab of new posts. Just a few of the many reasons why I'm a proponent for keeping the forum here. There's my two cents.

I haven't had nay problems with this forum but I have with the new one. I go to the page, and as soon as I go to log in I just get an error message so I can't see posts or write any!

I haven't had any problems with this messageboard in the last few months. Smile
